Is this a subscription?
No. All Citeley placements are one-time payments. Once your article is published, it remains permanently — no recurring fees, no expiration.
Do you guarantee AI citations?
We can't guarantee any specific citation — no one can. What we guarantee is that your article will be technically optimized (schema.org, structured data, AI-bot-friendly), editorially weighted, and continuously monitored for citations.
What if my article doesn't get cited?
Most articles see their first AI citation within 2–8 weeks. If, after 90 days, your article hasn't seen any tracked citations, we'll write a follow-up piece at no additional cost — typically targeted at a different angle or platform.
Who writes the articles?
Citeley's editorial team. We are not a content farm — every piece is researched, drafted, and edited by a working journalist with category expertise. We do not use AI-generated content for the articles themselves.
How do I know if my article is being cited?
Spotlight, Series, and Imprint customers get access to a performance dashboard that monitors citations across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and others. Listing customers receive a quarterly summary email.
Can I provide my own images?
Yes — and we encourage it. Brand-provided imagery (high-res, properly licensed) usually performs better than stock. We'll also work with you to commission new photography if needed.
